Fairfax Hospital is contracted in-network with most commercial insurances including PPO and HMO plans, Tricare, Medicare, Managed Medicare plans, Medicaid and Managed Medicaid plans. Outpatient services are covered by commercial insurance plans, Medicare, managed Medicare, and Tricare. Unfortunately, outpatient services are currently not a covered benefit under Medicaid plans except the Community Health Plan of Washington.
