Directions from North:
 

  • Take I-405 South
  • Take Exit 20 off of I-405 (NE 124th Street)
  • At the exit ramp light, turn right onto NE 124th Street
  • Turn right onto 116th Avenue NE and left onto NE 132nd Street
  • Fairfax Hospital will be about one-half mile ahead on the right-hand side
  • The Hospital Address is 10200 NE 132nd Street, Kirkland, WA 98034 

Directions from South:

  • Take I-405 North
  • Take Exit 20 off of I-405 for Totem Lake Blvd
  • At the exit ramp light, turn left onto Totem Lake Blvd
  • Turn left onto NE 132nd Street 
  • Fairfax Hospital will be about one-half mile ahead on the right-hand side
