Directions

From Everett:

  1. Take I-5 South to I-405 South.
  2. Take Exit 20 off of I-405 (NE 124th Street).
  3. At the exit ramp light, turn right onto NE 124th Street.
  4. Turn right onto 116th Avenue NE and left onto NE 132nd Street.
  5. Fairfax Hospital will be about one-half mile ahead on the right-hand side (10200 NE 132nd Street)

From Sea-Tac Airport:

  1. Take I-405 North to Exit 20B (NE 124th Street).
  2. At the exit ramp light, turn left onto NE 124th Street.
  3. Then turn right onto 116th Avenue NE and left onto NE 132nd Street.
  4. Fairfax Hospital will be about one-half mile ahead on the right-hand side (10200 NE 132nd Street).
